With spring here we’ve done some expanding and wanted to update you on our news. First, we expanded our team to include three new members. We know that there’s an ocean of agents you can choose from, but remember when working with every member of our team you’ll definitely notice we value the gold standard. Rest assured, you’ll feel at home with our team guiding you every step of the way in the buying or selling process.    

We are now involved in two program—the Veterans First program and relocation services. If you are a veteran you can earn a rebate of up to $5,000 depending on the cost of the home. This program is definitely worth your while if you’re a veteran buying or selling a home.

We’re also offering relocation services. To help people move to other parts of the country, we will connect you with licensed real estate agents in other areas. These agents will provide the same great service you would get from our team.

I’m a coach for the The Mike Ferry Organization, and in the upcoming weeks I’ll be sharing what I’ve learned from this program to help you grow professionally in all aspects of your business. To achieve results, as Mike teaches, we need to concentrate 75 to 80% of our day on four income-producing activities—prospecting, lead follow up, setting up and going to appointments and negotiating contracts.
