Pennsylvania Real Estate Market Update August 2013

Summer is coming to an end, but it’s not all bad news! We are in an incredible market for both buyers and sellers! In fact, 112 more homes were sold in the first two weeks of August this year, than at the same time the previous year.
Not only are we seeing great sales, but there were 737 new homes added to the market in those same two weeks! This means buyers have a great selection.

Tamar Baber was extremely patient and responsive. With the market so hot, and inventory so low, it was a challenge to find a condo that met our needs. Tamar worked with us Oak Forest townhomes for sale tirelessly to track down the perfect place and to then handle all the details to make it happen. Selling our house was next and it sold in six days with five great offers to choose from. We couldn't be more pleased with the buyers that purchased our home.
